About Me

A resident of the Lake Martin area for over four decades, India Davis specializes in the sale and listing of lake homes, cabins, and lakefront lots. Her customers come from markets throughout the Southeast. India is Lake Martin Realty’s top real estate agent, recording more than $40 million in sales for 2004, over $56 million in 2005, and over $90 million in 2006….and on and on to 2019. Beginning her 25th year in real estate, and she and her team maintain the honor of still being the top agents. They truly are Lake Martin’s Experts!!!

India earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama and her master’s degree from Auburn University in Montgomery. She’s been married to her partner in real estate, Lake Martin native, Mike Davis for 48 years. They have two children, Sawyer and Lynley, and three grandchildren, Greer, Davis, and Sanders.
