About Me

I am an Auburn grad, and well, I live in a house divided. My husband, Jeff, attended The University of Alabama and is President of Russell Marine. We have 3 daughters: the oldest an Alabama graduate, the middle an Auburn graduate, and the youngest a senior in high school who will be the tie breaker. We have the best time during football season, especially the Iron Bowl!

Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, I grew up coming to Lake Martin every summer and on weekends throughout the year. My grandparents had a place in the Real Island area of the lake. In fact, our first home was on Lake Martin. We have raised our daughters on this beautiful lake, and our love for it is endless.

There are so many fun things to do and experience. Thousands of memories to make. Whether you want to relax, ski, surf, fish, or just swim, the lake has endless opportunities for you. During the summer, you can find me always trying to "one up" my daughters out here on the lake. Our latest family competition involves who can ride the E-foil the best. Let's just say, I was the first in the family to try it and prove I could!
