The latest and greatest ideas employed by the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders are showcased annually in their Parade of Homes. This year, the event expands to include six homes in four Lake Martin neighborhoods: White Oak Landing on the north side of the lake, The Trails at The Village on the south side of the lake, The Ridge and The Willows, both in the central section of the lake.

The Ridge is host to two homes built by Centennial Homes. The first is located at 135 East Ridge Court, Alexander City, AL 35010, and the second is at 115 East Ridge, Alexander City, AL 35010. Both of these homes have the size and quality that properties in The Ridge are known for. You will be impressed with Centennial Homes’ entries, who prove again they are one of Birmingham’s leaders in upscale new homes.

David Bonamy’s J. David Homes, an AR Homes franchise, is the builder for the entry in The Willows of Willow Point, which is located at 51 Pitchford Court, Alexander City, AL 35010. In addition to showcasing cutting-edge technology and design by the Arthur Rutenberg architectural team, this beautiful lake home is fully furnished with the latest in fabrics and colors.

White Oak Landing has two homes in the Parade—one at 541 Transom Drive, Alexander City, AL 35010, and the second right next door at 555 Transom Drive.  Both of these beautiful waterfront homes were built by Lowder New Homes, which has been building in Alabama uninterrupted since 1956. These homes are very spacious, especially for their asking prices.

The newest phase of a very successful community on the south end of the lake is The Trails at The Village. This enclave is the setting for their furnished model home, the Cumberland, at 46 Village Parkway, Dadeville, AL 36835. This community offers a collection of waterfront and water-access homes that start in the $800,000s for waterfront and the $400,000s for water-access.

Those interested in viewing these exciting new homes can visit during the dates and times above.
