March Waterfront Sales Surprisingly Strong

As promised, we want to keep you abreast of Lake Martin waterfront property sales activity. Here’s a glimpse at what went under contract in March.

It’s an interesting time. Recent loses in stock valuation, turmoil in the mortgage market, social distancing, and other factors could lead one to believe that the market for waterfront homes faced some serious headwinds. But the worst fears were not realized. In fact, March sales were surprisingly strong.
