New Property Release Ready

Final phase of mainland Ridge lots announced

Lake Martin’s largest waterfront development is nearly complete. Russell Lands is releasing maps and price list in July for the final collection of traditional waterfront homesites on the mainland portion of The Ridge on Lake Martin.

This limited collection of 15 waterfront homesites is located on the eastern side of The Ridge in South Ridge Harbor (view map). It is possible that we have saved the best collection of waterfront homesites for last. Given the amount of available shoreline and the topography of this collection, we believe there is something here for everyone.

There are properties tucked into quiet coves with wonderful eastern views as well as broad, relatively flat, “one of a kind” estate lots. Given the different size and orientation of this collection, there is diverse pricing as well. The prices start in the low $300,000s for a quiet cove lot and go to “priceless” for point lots with magnificent views to the east and south. All of these properties have mature trees and good water depth. Like all of The Ridge, ownership comes with the use of all of The Ridge amenities.

Due to high demand that we have experienced in The Ridge recently, this collection of homesites will be available on an exclusive basis through our sales group. Sales maps and price list will be available beginning July 7, 2021. In order to be fair to those interested, we will have a two-week review period prior to a simultaneous review of offers on July 21, 2021.

If you would like a sales map and price list or if you have any questions, please reach out to one of our Realtors® via phone or send them an e-mail to let them know of your interest.

We believe some of the best lots in The Ridge may be found in this collection we call Phase 6 of The Ridge. If you have been looking for that perfect place to build your lake home, take some time in July to see if Phase 6 is the right place for you.
