New Waterfront & Water-Access Packages Now Available
Price List and Sales Map for Magnolia Cove Phase 2 Released

Last week, the price guide and sales map for Phase 2 of Magnolia Cove were released. Waterfront and water-access house plans are available for customization & semi-customization in this popular Lake Martin community.

In just one year since the initial release of waterfront and water-access properties in Magnolia Cove, 16 of the available waterfront homesites have sold and begun construction. The water-access properties have also taken off, with 4 of the 7 water access homes sold and all the existing spec homes under construction.

Phase 2 introduces 13 water-access lots and six waterfront homesites available for presale. Lots are already staked and ready for touring. Water-access home packages begin in the $600,000s, and waterfront packages start in the $800,000s. All homes will have an assigned slip and access to Magnolia Cove amenities, including the nearly complete Magnolia Cove Swim Club, dog park, walking trails and more. As an important feature of ownership, short-term rentals are permitted in Magnolia Cove which helps to offset ownership expenses.

Pre-sale opportunities are available with the option to customize pre-designed plans for submission to ARC for approval & construction.
