Work progressing rapidly on The Willows

Russell Lands’ road building crews have certainly made hay while the sun has been shining. The heavy equipment operators have taken advantage of the recent dry weather to bring The Willows addition closer to completion.

The Willows is already a very popular neighborhood on Lake Martin. The ongoing road building will bring The Willows Phase 4 to the market. Phase 3 was released in 2018, with 23 of the 27 homesites having sold to date, and Phase 2—the Russell Cabins enclave—was released last fall with six of the eight waterfront homesites having sold to date.

We have already received a great amount of interest in The Willows Phase 4, since the homesites are relatively level and much larger than the average waterfront property found on Lake Martin. This neighborhood is also part of the Willow Point community with gated entry, private roads, and proven protective covenants.
