Russell Cabins at Kowaliga Prices Released

After years of planning and construction, we have reached a critical milestone that allows us to release prices for Russell Cabins at Kowaliga. This is a great combination of very popular cabin designs with one of the most popular locations on Lake Martin.

Russell Lands learned during the financial crisis that lake lovers still wanted to own a place on Lake Martin, if it was a true lake place. Many of the newer houses on the lake were oversized city homes that did not have a lake feel. This design concept has proven to be very popular, with well over 100 projects built by Russell Lands’ construction company, Classic Homes, LLC. The cabins are so loved by the owners they almost never come back on the market. In fact, most owners consider this cabin type to be a legacy purchase they can pass down to their family. That has been gratifying for us to know that these cabins will be loved by future generations.

This release is a combination of beautiful waterfront lots, averaging 283 feet of shoreline, with a custom-built cabin. Classic Homes’ quality of construction means that their capacity is limited. That is why we are offering just 11 waterfront properties in this collection.
