Selections Due Soon
Kowaliga Cabins homesite offers due April 30th

Published: 04.23.2025

The initial price lists for the new cabin enclave at Kowaliga were released on April 10, 2025. Judging from the many requests for prices and information that we have received since then, interest is pretty extensive for the 11 homesites available for 2025.

We anticipated a lot of attention given our history with the cabin neighborhoods. We have observed that nearly everyone who owns a Classic Homes-built cabin loves their property and would not think of parting with it. We think that is because they are perfect for life at Lake Martin.

To be sure, these are not your granddad’s humble cabins. These cabins have room for a multitude of family members and lake guests. Each design has at least four bedroom suites, a well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, and expansive indoor and outdoor living, all with a rustic, elegant vibe.

One of the special features about this particular cabin enclave is that the lots are much larger than the average lake lot. To keep a “cabin” sense of privacy, our planners gave generous waterfront footage to each property. The average waterfront footage is 283 feet, nearly twice the footage for most lake homesites. When compared with other lake properties, our starting price at just over $2,000,000 is a fabulous find.

We think the best benefit of the acquisition and construction of one of these cabins is that, since we have built so many with our Classic Homes team, we have almost perfected the lake lifestyle. We say almost because we are willing to customize our extensive library of designs.

For those interested in submitting an offer on April 30, the process is simple. Call one of our Lake Martin Realty agents to set up a tour of the lots. Pick your lot and your favorite plan to get a package price. If that combination fits your budget, the Lake Martin Realty agent of your choice will help you prepare your offer.

It is just that simple, like being on Lake Martin is supposed to be!
