Willow Point Home Tour Announced

Waterfront collection will be open to tour January 27 and 28

This month, we are hosting an event that will show off why Willow Point is one of Lake Martin’s finest waterfront communities. Several of our property owners are placing their properties on the market before month’s end, and we want to give our best customers a chance to tour them all in one weekend.

This community is located on the pristine lake waters formed by the confluence of Big Kowaliga Creek and Parker Creek. This area is considered by many lake lovers to be the prettiest on the lake. The beautiful water combined with the gently rolling topography—not to mention proximity to Willow Point Golf & Country Club—make it a very attractive place to build homes.

Willow Point is one of only two private, gated communities on the lake. Residents and visitors are greeted upon arrival at the beautifully landscaped entrance by Russell Lands security. Only residents and “approved” visitors are allowed entry to this exclusive community. The road system is well-designed and maintained providing a rural, scenic drive to custom lake homes.

The main entry road, Willow Point Road, bisects the beautiful private Willow Point Golf Course and provides access to the famed Willow Point Clubhouse. No wonder property owners love spending time here so much.

Willow Point waterfront properties are typically large with ample waterfront, mature trees, and large, gracious waterfront homes. Since the properties are large, designers are able to give multiple rooms ample views of the lake as well as plenty of room for private piers and waterfront activities.
